Sheikh Russel Krira distributes blankets in Manikganj

Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Ltd (SRKCL), a leading sports club of the country, distributed blankets among cold-hit distressed people in Manikganj on Sunday.

Following an initiative of Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Ltd Chairman and Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir, the blankets were distributed.

On behalf of Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Ltd, Manikganj district Jubo League Joint Convener Mahbubur Rahman Jony handed over 1,500 blankets to Superintendent of Police Md Golam Azad Khan at the conference room of the SP office on Monday.

Additional Superintendent of Police Hafizur Rahman and district Chhatra League President Rafikul Islam Chowdhury Rana attended the programme.

Speaking on the occasion, Mahbubur Rahman Jony said “With assistance from Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Ltd Chairman and Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir, I have handed over the blankets to the SP.”

Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Ltd will continue to distribute the blankets among the cold-hit people.
